Restorative Workshop with Siobhan LeGear
This very special workshop is designed to calm the mind, slow the body and engage the parasympathetic nervous system.
We’ll be doing postures in a warm (not hot) room, including seated forward folds, gentle back bends and twists that are held for 6 – 12 minutes.
Benefits of the practice include strengthened immune system, improved sleep and relief from insomnia, help with anxiety and depression, stimulates digestion and deeply relaxes the body.
You will leave the session feeling calm, relaxed and ready to take on the week. Pack your PJs to wear home!
Please wear soft, loose and comfortable clothing. Bring your mat, water and your open mind.
