Hip Opening Workshop with Changu Changezi
Sunday September 16 5:30 pm to 7 pm
Rejuvenate the energy around your hips and pelvic area. Relax and stretch the hip flexors. In this workshop you will get to KNOW your hip flexors. The workshop uses hatha yoga poses and then some Pilates moves to create new awareness. Which is the foundation of health and strength.
The workshop is 90 minutes in length in a warm (not hot) environment. Light music. Limited to 25 participants. ☺️
