Let’s talk about Sundays and Holidays. The building doors are locked for our security except for the south facing doors underneath the Hot Yoga Tnt sign. If you’re coming by subway, give yourself an extra 2 minutes to come around the front of the building.
We have classes 7 days a week, starting as early as 6:30 am and as late as 8:30 p.m. ensuring that there’s a class that meets your schedule every day!
There is free parking all around the building for your use when you are visiting the studio. It is limited and first come first serve. There is also parking on nearby residential streets. We are steps from the Bayview subway.
No! We need you to make a commitment to yourself to get the best out of your experience. We love the $39 intro because you get the chance to really check us out. Better than a single free class is the time and money you put behind your intention to create a yoga practice that will transform your life.
We sure do! Just $3. You can bring your own or use ours. Ours are the best quality for hot yoga because they shed water. And they have a structure that stops them from stretching.
You need 2 towels, one to put on your mat while you practice. It will make your practice more comfortable and safer. You need another one for your shower. You can bring your own or rent or buy from us.
We have showers! There are 3 showers in the shower area and we ask you to be courteous and quick, so that everyone can get on with their day at the end of class.
We practice both yoga and pilates barefoot. You will be working on strengthening the muscles of your feet, which are critical to balance and stability.
You should arrive at the studio 20 minutes before your first class, thereafter make it 15 minutes. You need time to check in, to get changed, to put your mat down, and ready to practice. Catching your breath before class is the best way to ensure you have a great class!
