All our classes are designed for beginners. That means is you have an injury or chronic pain, if you’re overweight or if it’s just been a long time since you stood on one foot, we got you. No flexibility or prior experience required. You do what you can with what you’ve got.
What matters is your attitude. An open mind, a willingness to try, to be persistent, to be in gratitude and awe at your accomplishments. Like life, this is a challenging journey. And like life, live it with passion, and it expands to meet you where you are.
